All artworks are shipped from the Cotswolds in the United Kingdom. I offer free shipping within the United Kingdom, and there are options for shipping to the United States. Please get in touch for other international shipping quotes as this will incur additional costs.

Please note original artworks are typically duty-free, but local taxes and a small courier handling fee may be payable on delivery by the customer.

Each piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.

I want you to love your artwork. If you're not satisfied, you may return the artwork within 14 days of delivery.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once I receive the artwork, a full refund (minus original shipping) will be issued.

Please note: Custom commissions are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to arrange a return and refund.
